Refunds and Special Requests

Refund Information 

Millwoods Hockey will consider registration fee refund requests based on the following criteria:

  • Requesting a refund for the winter season prior to starting evaluations:
    • Player can apply for a full refund minus $75.00 Admin Fee.
  • Requesting a refund for the winter season after participating in evaluations :
    • Player can apply for 50% of fees, minus $75.00 Admin Fee
  • Requesting a refund for the winter season after players have been placed on a team:
    • Player is ineligible for any refund.
  • The following exceptions apply:
    • Relocation - Supporting documentation will be requested.
    • Player is trying out for a Club or SEERA team.
      • All fees will be refunded.
  • Late Fees:
    • Non-Refundable


Note: All refund requests are subject to "all" requested documentation from the registrar and/or the Millwoods Hockey Executive for approval.

Special Requests

As a community hockey club, Millwoods Hockey Association will entertain player requests. Special requests to play with other players must be made no later than the first evaluation skate and prior to the second skate.

Final placement will be still based on the evaluation and will not be determined until team selection.

All requests are presented during the final team selection process after all evaluations have been completed.
