Millwoods Winter Development Camps Powered by Competitive Thread

Millwoods Hockey is proud to partner with Competitive Thread to deliver a comprehensive  Winter Development Camp tailored for players in the  U11, and U13 age groups. This elite program is structured to enhance each athlete’s technical, tactical, and strategic hockey skills while providing coaches with hands-on learning to better support player development throughout the season.

Led by seasoned professionals, the camp is built on a proven development model that prioritizes skill breakdown, execution, and habit formation..

We are pleased to offer players a unique development opportunity combining Power Skating and Hockey Development over the winter season. Players will participate in sessions that rotate weekly between Power Skating and Development training.

Details :

• Sessions will vary per camp
• 25 players per camp - recommend to register for one camp only - as spots are limited this allows for other players to register . If the camp doesn't fill, it will be opened to players to register for the second camp.
• Please note the tiering requirements below - if a player register and makes a a higher tier they will be refunded, as higher tiers have Mandatory Monday night Development.
• Cost :
  • U11 : $ 375.00 Camp -10 sessions Camp 1 and Camp 2
  • U13: $375.00 Camp - 10 sessions for Camp 1
  • U13: $350.00 Camp - 9 sessions  Camp 2

Camp Eligibility

• Players must be registered with Millwood's Hockey for the 2026-27 season.

Through deliberate practice, feedback, and repetition, players will build the confidence and habits necessary to thrive in game environments. Whether your athlete is just beginning to take hockey more seriously or looking to elevate their competitive edge, this winter camp is the ideal environment to accelerate development and separate from the average.
