Evaluation and Feedback

Millwoods Hockey prides itself on the development of its coaches and want to ensure that coaches have the qualifications and accessible training available to them so they can provide players with a fun and challenging environment where they can grow and develop their skills.

• To achieve this, Millwoods Hockey uses end of season surveys to receive feedback for our members.
• Surveys results are reviewed and is a vital tool to evaluate coaches for future seasons and help strengthen our coaching development.
• Surveys results are provided to the Head Coach. The results are anonymous and we strongly encourage all families to be open and honest when providing feedback.

We kindly ask that you take 3-5 minutes to complete the Millwood's Hockey Head/Asst Coach surveys.

Note: Surveys will open on March 31 and close by April 15th each season.
