Payment Options

Credit card payment(s) will be processed upon completing registration online.
If you selected to pay registration fees in installments with the payment plan, payments will be automatically processed each month on the due date.
Millwoods Hockey recommends registering early to take advantage of the payment plan option. See details below.

Registration can be completed online and paid by E-Transfer . E-Transfer instruction's will be provided once registration has been submitted. The registrar will verify the registration and email the information.

Bingo/Millwoods Hockey/Community League vouchers earned can be used to off-set your registration cost.
It is recommended that you mail the vouchers in advance to be applied as a credit to the player(s) account .
Please include the players name and a contact email ( once received you will receive an email to proceed with registration).

The option to spread the registration fee across 4 months in a monthly payment plan, is available and allows you to spread out payments from May 1, 2024 - August 1,2024.
The number of payments will depend on when the registration is submitted. Registering later in this window will reduce the number of months available for the payment plan.
- For example: if registering in July and selecting the payment plan, this will allow for 2 payments. The first payment will be equal to the sum of the first 3 monthly payments, with the 4th payment in August.
Millwoods Hockey recommends registering early to take advantage of spreading the payments across the full 4 months.
