Griffins raised $1000 for KidSport Edmonton
Griffins raise $1000 for KidSport! Entered into the Ford Drills & Skills Contest and need YOUR vote to help them with the opportunity to participate in this fantastic event.
To share their love of sports and help other children participate in sporting activities, the Atom Griffins raised $1000 for KidSport Edmonton. The team has also entered the Oilers Ford Drills & Skills Contest, and require YOUR vote to help them with the opportunity to participate in this fantastic event.

KidSport Alberta is a volunteer ran organization that helps subsidize less fortunate families to assist in registering their children in sports activities that they would not financially be able to afford otherwise. Families in need apply for subsidy and can attain up to $200 per child/ $800 per family paid directly to the minor sports association that they wish to register their child into. Thanks to the support of donors and partners, in 2012 KidSport (our local chapter in Edmonton alone) helped 1367 kids participate in 36 differents sports totaling more than $193,000 in registration fee assistance.
