Mid-Season Coach Feedback Surveys
Deadline is Dec. 18th. Special Prizes for Teams who collect surveys from all team members and parents.
Our Coach Evaluations completed by parents and players are a valuable form of feedback for the directors and for the coaches.
Please take 10 minutes for your player and yourself to complete this survey. We want and need to hear the GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY. Do not think of this as a waste of time if you have only good things to state. State them.
Do not think that any negative answers or comments will be shuffled aside. They will be taken seriously. Only by getting input from all peoples involved, will our association continue towards excellence.
If you do not have internet access, please contact your team manager. Arrangements will be made to have your feedback collected.
